Is there anyone who can point me in the right direction or help me?
My old EA account somehow has the email changed to an email I have never seen before and is still linked to my Xbox gamertag.
I made a new account and now I can link that account until I unlink the old compromised account. How do I fix this problem?
I’m having the same issue, I haven’t heard anything back from submitting the help ticket either.
Same issue here. Xbox gamertag linked to an email and phone number I have never seen before. Can't link my xbox gamertag to my actual EA account. I've tried to resolve this in the past but the conversation just went in circles on how I need to verify that email or phone number....which I clearly do not have. Stupid system. Let me know if you guys figure it out. Have had the problem for 3 years and gave up on trying to fix it but I want to play BF6.
Same issue, set up support ticket. Closed the case no resolution. Unable to link due to this issue.
