Contact EA

So i need to contact EA beacuse of a linking issue i have on my EA account. 

My EA account was linked to 2 playstation accounts that doesnt exist anymore, i logged in and unlinked those accounts  but now i cant link my ea account to any other PSN accounts? 

Like i dont really feel like having to create a new email i will never ever use, to create a new ea account i dont want to have, and then create a new psn account as my current one forced to me to link it to a burner ea account that i have. 

All i want to do is play the skate. Playtesting but i cant as the email that was accepted is linked to an account that i cant link to any psn accounts at all. 

Yes i know about the fact that you can only link one psn account to one ea account in their lifetime, but i did these links more than 10 years ago and i also linked 2 playstation accounts to the same account so i know that wasnt true when i did it.

I probably phrased this horribly, but i hope anyone can help me to find a way to contact EA.

    Did they close the case due to not responding? If so, open another and make sure you don't miss their response. Also, if you submit a case and resume it before getting a response, that will pull the case from the queue so it won't be there for an advisor to respond to. Make sure you don't resume a case and just wait for the advisor to respond instead.

    I never responded because they responded to me at 3:05am in the morning randomly and closed the case after 4 mins. Doesn’t help me much if that’s the case.

    The problem is the wait time is ridiculous; how do you expect me to wait 337 minutes for an agent? I'm supposed to wait 5.6 hours in my PC? For a simple issue that should take support 5min to do?? The chat is broken, the timer never goes down just up, then at 5 am ET they say "Player Unavailable we couldn't get a hold of you"... 4 days trying to solve this issue. And the only time I got a response which was a miracle, the agent said they would have to transfer me and nothing happened. Notice others are saying the same thing, it's not our fault your chat is broken, and the agents reply in the middle of the night.

    I know the wait times have been very long recently. Hopefully, those are getting better after the weekend. The best I can advise is to try again.

    They usually reply 3 days after you put the request in, in the middle of the night with zero chance your watching your stuff

    the cases that get submitted disappear, there is no email notification and they do not show up in the “my cases” tab. There is no way to see if the issue is even being noticed by EA. There needs to be an option for people to unlink dead emails from EA accounts. People paid money for these products and because of this issue we can’t even play them. It’s robbery

    How do you explain that nothing happens in those chats?

    I mean other than xxxminutes calculation that does not go down and 99+ people in queue?

    There is no possibility to communicate via email. Is it possible to write directly to the support email?

    We can't just allow anyone to remove the email of any account. That would be a huge security hole and let anyone hijack an account.
