Delete/eraseea account and data

I have requested my account and data be erased/deleted twice now and it still hasn't been delt with. And I can not be told a date or even a time frame. It's my legal rights to have this deleted. This company doesn't seem to acknowledge this at all. Been on live chat twice once waited for over an hour and the person just left when I asked for a time frame. Was that bad of me? And why can't players delete there own account? You can with Activision and krafton and embark. Was do ea not have a way?
