Hi,
Unfortunately, I have been experiencing problems with Plants v Zombies 2 for almost a fortnight now - I have not been able to play the daily piñata & watch adverts to gain much-needed gems, coins & Arena plays (which has led to my relegation from the Jade League). You would think a fortnight would be more than ample time for such a huge company to sort out the bugs with this game. I remember reading a response from a member of your Team stating that they were aware of the situation, & were working to sort it out… again, it’s been almost two weeks!
However, what’s has really antagonised me more than anything, is the fact that I have been unable to contact your customer support, as there is a compulsory box named ‘Console’ that needs to be filled in, but whatever you type in the box is not accepted, & there is no drop-down menu giving you options (see attachment). As such, you can’t proceed with the contact form Hence, with no other way of contacting you available (other than attempting to reply to this post!), I have been affectively stonewalled! It’s simply not good enough. Is someone going to look into this? And can you please fix your customer support page asap, & start respecting your customers, who have invested a lot of time in gameplay. Thank you.

When filling out the form, the console box indicates the platform you're playing on. If you're playing a Mobile game, you can choose "Android" or "iOS." I hope this helps.
