Does EA Customer Service Just Not Exist?

I am trying to get help with an EA account issue where apparently my Xbox account is linked to a disabled EA account (not sure how or why this has happened). I am trying to get the account removed and the proper account linked, but I cannot for the life of me get any customer service support. Hitting "Contact EA Help" just runs me in circles. Most of the time a start a chat button is not even populating on any of the help pages. I tried to open a case for a chat and the one time I allegedly got a response the chat window never even opened for me to reply. There is no other email contact or phone number. I seemingly cannot speak with a person at EA customer support despite being indicated that my issue will need live support. I do not know the information associated with this deactivated EA account, and since apparently EA does not care at all about providing customer service I am stuck in a situation where I cannot play Madden 25 online with my friends. Frankly this is the most frustrating customer service experience I have had in a long time. EA clearly is cutting corners with user support and it shows. They are absolutely useless and pathetic so far. The fact that I cannot even start an email conversation with support is just ridiculous.

    Hi Stellapoet​

    When filling out the form, the console box indicates the platform you're playing on. If you're playing a Mobile game, you can choose "Android" or "iOS." I hope this helps.

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, I have been experiencing problems with Plants v Zombies 2 for almost a fortnight now - I have not been able to play the daily piñata & watch adverts to gain much-needed gems, coins & Arena plays (which has led to my relegation from the Jade League). You would think a fortnight would be more than ample time for such a huge company to sort out the bugs with this game. I remember reading a response from a member of your Team stating that they were aware of the situation, & were working to sort it out… again, it’s been almost two weeks!

    However, what’s has really antagonised me more than anything, is the fact that I have been unable to contact your customer support, as there is a compulsory box named ‘Console’ that needs to be filled in, but whatever you type in the box is not accepted, & there is no drop-down menu giving you options (see attachment). As such, you can’t proceed with the contact form Hence, with no other way of contacting you available (other than attempting to reply to this post!), I have been affectively stonewalled! It’s simply not good enough. Is someone going to look into this? And can you please fix your customer support page asap, & start respecting your customers, who have invested a lot of time in gameplay. Thank you.

    I'm really sorry to hear that you've been having problems contacting EA Help. Whether the chat option is available depends on the product and topic you choose. Below, I’ve included a guide to help you contact support through chat.

    How to chat with EA Help

    1. Log in to your EA Account.
    2. Select the topic that best describes your issue. If an advisor can help, a contact option will be available under your help topic.
    3. Select Chat with us or Start chat.
    4. Fill in the contact form with your:
      • first name
      • last name
      • e-mail
      • platform
      • subject (a short description of your issue)
      • attachments (e.g. screenshots, documents, links).
    5. Select Send.
    6. A chat window will open when you’re transferred to an advisor.

    After you contact us, we’ll create a case for you. You can view it and keep track of updates in My Cases. You’ll be notified of changes to your case via email

  • I have Been trying to use that ea chat for days. They have got to be the worst customer service ever.

    I've also been experiencing the issue of not having the Talk To Us option appear, and I need that because I need an actual person to give me a key of some sort to connect Spore to my EA account.
