EA Account Disabled

I really need help. I have been looking at all the old discussion posts about this and I can't seem to get any help at all. The Case system for EA is awful and I can't find anywhere to resume a chat that was disconnected. I have an EA Play account that was inactive for awhile so it was disable but now I want to get that fixed and change it to active now so I can actually play online with EA games. I have created two cases and that hasn't worked. Please help.
