Ea account hacked, cant get help from support
Recently i woke up to my email hacked and a couple notifications on my phone alerting me of password changes, and my EA account was one of them. Ive gone through 3 different support cases and in each i just receive the same copy and paste messages. They keep saying thats not my creation email, but thats the only one i had on ea, and its obviously how my password got changed. In my latest chat today the agent even said "however, you were pretty close to the correct details" and i dont know what else i can do on my end, ive sent every receipt for every game on the account, screenshots of all the profile info for my steam, epic, and xbox accounts, provided my ip address, physical address, birthday, phone number, and even when i played last on the account and what i played, but thats only "pretty close". Ive never even bought a game directly on EA, i just want the account unlinked so im not losing over $100 on all my games... Update: tried signing in with my original email today and now it says my account is permanently disabled??
