Hi. I have had my ea account hacked and they have changed the email address so I can't possibly get back in. I had so many expansion packs etc and I really dont want to have to start again. Is there a way I can access my account again or at least get my packs back? I have also opened a case but have not heard back.
I write down my problem and send it. Then they don't even give me a ticket number. And the tickets I open appear empty. Do you understand me?
My EA account was hacked too, but when I open a ticket, no one helps me or gets back to me. I can't post on the forum either. I don't know how to open a post. Please help me.

You did the right thing by trying to contact the support team. They can help update the email on the EA account and guide you through the account recovery steps.
If there's no response after a few days or if you're in any way concerned, the case may have fallen through for whatever reason (maybe technical issues, etc), get back in touch with the support team by creating a new case and referencing the case number for the one you're concerned about.
