As your Twitch account appears to be linked to an unfamiliar EA account, you need to check with EA Help to see if they can verify what happened and possibly unlink the accounts. I appreciate your feedback; however, this issue can’t be resolved through the EA Forums, as it involves account-level details that only EA Support can securely handle. I know the wait times can be long due to beta releases, but continuing to work with EA Support is the best path forward.
