EA Account Recovery Impossible Without Old Console

Thank you for the response. However, one important part of my question remains unanswered.

EA Community Managers on these same forums have previously stated that when a recognized device or old email is inaccessible, EA Support may be able to verify account ownership using other account information.

Could you please clarify why that alternative verification process is unavailable in my case?

Also, creating a new PSN ID is not a reasonable equivalent solution for me, because my existing PSN account contains my purchases and gaming history accumulated over the years.

I am not asking you to access or modify my account. I am simply asking for clarification on whether EA’s official position is that a legitimate account owner in my exact situation can permanently lose access with no alternative ownership verification or escalation process whatsoever.
