Hey EA_Salmon
Yes the passwords and all multi-factor authentication has been reset for each email address associated with the account.
In the account security settings for each email provider I am able to view login attempts and current sessions and the only active sessions are legitimate uses where I am the only client signed in on trusted devices.
This indicates to me that the individual who keeps accessing my account is completely bypassing any sort of EA authentication here.
