EA account tied to my PSN is to a old UNRECOVERABLE email

i just bought battlefield 6 on my ps5 and when trying to play it the first time it stated "its been a while so we've locked your old credentials... etc and other useless crap you do" but lo you sent ...

I have the same horrible problem but with my Xbox, help center says any topics (merging, linking, etc) cannot be handled with chat either. I cannot access the deactivated email attached to my Xbox EA account, I need to connect my current EA account to the Xbox but it will not let me. If EA helps I will be buying a second copy of battlefield 6 to play with other friends, if not I will never buy another EA game again.
