EA account tied to my PSN is to a old UNRECOVERABLE email

i just bought battlefield 6 on my ps5 and when trying to play it the first time it stated "its been a while so we've locked your old credentials... etc and other useless crap you do" but lo you sent ...

Same here.  I checked the email address and it is used by hackers.
