EA account tied to my PSN is to a old UNRECOVERABLE email

i just bought battlefield 6 on my ps5 and when trying to play it the first time it stated "its been a while so we've locked your old credentials... etc and other useless crap you do" but lo you sent a recovery email to the email tied to my psn from however many years ago. guess what that email account doesn't exist anymore so its unrecoverable and now i cant play and you've stolen money for a service i cant use. fantastic, so ill go try to get customer support, and that wont open a case at all just links to more useless EA help threads that don't open a case either. but several places say "oh just use the EA advisor" cool that doesn't work or have any links to it on any web browser. so here i am at a loss cause your support is absolute hot garbage. i just want to get my **bleep** psn unlinked from the old email and link it to the only ea account i can actually access.
