EA Creator Network Application doesn't work as excepted

Hi there,  I'm trying to resubmit my application to EA Creator Network but the button "Review & Resubmit" can't be clicked nor "Return to Creator Network". It's like two images button and no action ...

EA_Darko​ Unfortunately no, same state. 
Buttons trigger any actions.
