EA Creator Network still show my old application data

Hi there 🙌🏻

I just got an email welcoming me to EA Creator Network but once I click ‘Get started’ from the email..

  1. it redirects to https://creatornetwork.ea.com/
  2. I log in with my EA account (this account)
  3. It still show my old data (my old gamer tag ppaint540 which i change to itspaintofficial about 3 months ago)
  4. It still show that my case is ‘Closed’ and i need to review & resubmit (although i just got an email saying that i got accepted)

Note: I once apply for Creator Network back in April but got rejected, so I wait for 3 months and re-apply again. This time I got accepted. So I think Creator Network website still confused with my old data

    Guys check the website on creatornetwork.ea.com i just checked mine and my application was accepted and i finally can get to the next step!

    I'm having the exact same issue with my account, I just got accepted to the network yesterday, but I also have the same situation with the login taking me to my previous status screen from April - closed & I need to resubmit. I'm also very eager to get logged in and check it all out.

    I have not changed my gamer tag. I'm hoping I can get help here too :D

    Delighted to hear the linking oddness got worked out and you could proceed with finalising your profiles. As it's been a while since we've had any additional reports flagging this issue, it seems like the issue has been resolved. I'll close this thread here to limit any future issues getting mixed up.
