EA denying access to my account
I have explained to EA in numerous occasions my situation. I do not have access to the email that is used for my account (my account is YEARS old). I removed EA as an app from my computer last year.
I have provided EA with SO many specific details regarding my account that would be impossible for anyone else to obtain including purchase screenshots, private details related to my account and more.
This live chat system absolutely does not work. How is there no other way to speak to a team member? I have spent so much time and money on EA for so many years, all I want is access to my account but I am constantly denied. One of the verifications is an IP address, this is ridiculous!!! IP addresses change all the time. Has anyone successfully recovered their account? I’m complete at a loss here.
