My account has been disabled for a long period of inactivity. So I was prompt to a QR code when I downloaded the game and it kept looping me back to reset my password, so I decided to create new acco...

So you will need to contact them once again. Please note that wait times may be longer than usual due to a high volume of contacts, but they’re the only team equipped to handle account-related issues. Hopefully, the wait times will be shorter next time.
