I finally got in touch with live support by logging out of my account and continuing as a guest, saying I wanted to update my account on EA Help, and then it gave me the button to talk to live chat.
But what ended up happening after being tossed around in it to different departments was I was told they were looking into the issue... Seems we have to wait for now, but if it ends up being that the Twitch thing ends on the 17th and they are unable to grant the skins after that, I will be extremely upset, especially since the soldier skin was an item that money was dropped for, even if it wasn't a crazy amount.
