After six weeks of attempting to engage with Electronic Arts for support, I am profoundly disappointed and frustrated by the utter lack of meaningful assistance provided. As a dedicated player who has invested over five years and significant money into EA’s ecosystem, I expected a level of personalized, responsive support that reflects the company’s stature in the gaming industry. Yet, over the past month and a half, I have repeatedly reached out to EA’s customer service regarding the loss of in-game currency due to a bug, only to be met with automated replies that offer no option to respond directly, endless wait times, or complete silence. Additionally, I posted detailed reports on EA’s forums for 2–3 weeks, seeking help from the community or moderators, yet received no response whatsoever. I have been left to fend for myself, grappling with unresolved issues that undermine my trust in EA’s commitment to its customers. This is not merely an inconvenience—it’s a serious failure to deliver on the promises of quality, and care that EA claims to uphold. I urge the company to address this systemic neglect and provide the tangible, human-centered support its loyal players deserve.
