EA made me lose my Online Draft

I was winning in my first game of online draft, by multiple goals, and my opponent pauses the game and quits. After it said "Opponent has quit" it then says the "result is under review by EA". I go to the home screen and now it says claim reward and that I lost the game. 

If this was any other game mode I wouldn't care, but I paid 15,000 coins to play this Draft and it's wrong that I was given a loss when I was clearly winning. (No, my connection was not bad, there was no lag throughout the game)

Has anyone else had this problem? How can I get reimbursed?
