BiblioGeek Sims 4 packs are treated as DLC and therefore not eligible for automatic refunds. You'd need to contact EA customer support, and talk to a real person in real time, to get the refund. If you've tried that already and couldn't get through, that may have been because of the holiday break, so it's worth trying again now or in a couple days.
