I’ve been burned before many times by EA since this way of thinking is applied to many context, we are not just numbers, but this philosophy explain well why when I paid for game contents that your company was selling, and I didn't get the right content since there was a bug "blocking it" because the game was poorly coded it took 1 and a half month for EA to fix that bug (when the content was already obsolete), there were just not enough people having my problem, so I was unlucky :)

Btw I wasn't the one creating the threads, I just replied but I've never been contacted.

I've been trying for months, different browser, different devices, different connections, but I can't submit the form. Maybe it's just something related to a specific game (FC 26), maybe it's the combination game+ report reason (cheating) that result into a 404 error, I don't know. There are other threads that mention this 404 error after submitting the form, it's more than 4 months the form is broken, at the beginning it was working one time after 20-30 attempts, now it doesn't work at all, people reported this issue but we've been completely ignored because "it works on your side", it's clear there's something wrong and it should be investigated since the form is the only decent way we have to report cheaters. Other alternatives to report players have relevant limitations.

EA_Darko​ I get that it might work on your side ​ but I've been trying for months, different browser, different device, different connection, I've been able to report only one or two cheaters out of twenty (more or less), and for each cheater I tried to submit the form 20-30 times or more using as I said, different devices, different browsers, different connections (also mobile), trying in different moments or days.

Testing it there opienick​ and not seeing an issue on my end so wondering if this may be browser-related.

Could you try again using a different browser or even device to see what happens?

Can happen that certain extensions cause weird bugs when accessing something like the player report.

Let me know how you get on.
