Hello gbak_aero,
You should try using the refund tool. If the refund tool is not working, then try talking with EA support.

i did that , for some reason the Phantom upgrade is not at the refund tool ...talked with the ea support with no lack 🤬

I experienced this issue - I bought Bf6 phantom edition pack 2 months ago on 11 august and tried getting a refund within 12 hours after purchasing it EA denied my request and told me that refund is not possible and wasted 20+ days of mine going back and forth with their support after the refund request was denied they told me that they will add the game back to my library so they did that but after the game got launched I couldnt play it because it keeps giving me error that I dont own the game even tho it was in my library so I stayed on kept going with their support for over 2 weeks and yesterday I got the option enabled on refund tool to refund the game back and now its in processing state but I still haven't got the money back so I'm waiting few more days

Yes I got my money back yesterday - Stay on their **bleep** keep your case active you will get your refund
I literally talked with 20+ advisors over past 2 weeks and it came to a point each one of them knew my case when they jump on - darklite_x3 months agoRising Rookie
How the hell did you get anyone to respond to your support tickets?

My friend keep checking your case after each support talks end with you these **bleep** closes the ticket everytime they close the chat... make sure the main ticket of your concern is not closed and keep providing them reference tickets - I had over 10+ tickets aka Cases and 3 were opened all were about same issue but articulated differently but I was referencing only 1 Case which was the main one. I literally went back n forth for 14+ days and after that I got my refund request enabled again

I have the exact same problem, only difference is, THAT I CAN'T GET A HOLD OF ANYBODY TO HELP ME, it is a scam, EA are thiefs and pirates
