I am having the same issues.

Unable to use live chat as not available in uk, or no option to use.

I pre ordered bf6 phantom edition, received pre order perks but no phantom edition perks.

I have put multiple tickets in to try and resolve, but no change.

All i want is to get the version of the game that i paid for ! 

How difficult can this be ?
