EA technical support is not working connectflow does not work.
Okay so I bought SimCity 2013 along with all of the DLC for it cities of tomorrow etc. every time I go to start the game it tries to load into the multiplayer I don't want to play multiplayer I want to play single player like I always play that game as single player. It won't even load the game it tells me I'll have to contact support it gives me a language error then it gives me another error then it gives me another error there's four or five different errors I get when I try to run that game only one of them pop up at any given time. Each error is different each time. I can't go into the EA app and top go offline because it won't let me start the game without it being forced onto a stupid server this is why pirate sh!t from Pirate Bay because it doesn't have this forceful internet connection crap. SimCity is a single player freaking game you guys are forcing it to be a multiplayer game. When I go to connect flow it doesn't even pull up as one of the games when you search for it it pulls up SimCity build it. I'm not asking about SimCity buildit I'm asking about SimCity 2013 which is SimCity 5. Your connect flow does not work it won't even let me submit a ticket. I've been trying to get a hold of support for several months now why is it nearly impossible to get a hold of a technical support agent for this problem when your products tell me I have to contact support? You have to give me an option to contact you since I paid a well over $140 for all of that that's not cheap. It wasn't years ago when I bought it and it sure ain't today. At this point either you need to give me access to my game that I paid for or you need to refund me all of the money because I didn't buy this years ago for me to only have access or a license to play it for a few years and then I have to go back and make a whole new account and buy it again I want what I paid for or I want my money back no if ands or buts about it do not pass go do not collect $200. Enough is enough you guys need to help your customers that's why you had a support feature in the first place. You guys aren't doing it you just take the money and run. It is not worth that none of the things that you have for sale are worth this. I had an old PSN account that I no longer have it matched the same name I have on here. Now I have a new PSN account I can't even link that account it tells me to contact support about that too which I can't I have the same problem there is no way on your options on that connect flow bull crap it sucks it does not work it will not allow me to submit a ticket it took me pulling my freaking teeth out the other night in the corner of the room with a pair of needle nose pliers to get that number that I put in here that I took a picture of on my PC from my phone that I have attached here on attachments. I have no way of following up on that I can't find anything to where I can contact you it doesn't show up on my cases or anything.
