Anyone having this issue and can unlink my Xbox account from this silly EA created email so i can actually play the new battlefield 6. Is frustrating tried everything live chat for 4h in que someone replied when i was off the phone in 2min they close the chat. I just need my Xbox account to unlink from that silly email address so i can link my EA one back up.
Yeah there is thousands of people looking for the same thing…. No one can get responses or anything I can’t even find the live chat you got so A+ to you.
Same for PlayStation so no open Beta for us. Been trying since 4am EST to no improvement or progress. Seems they weren't ready.
Help then bottom Case open case then further down after it says chat with us then live chat should be a option too
I have zero of those options through my phone. I hit help and it’s says my chases nothing else or anything. My chases are empty says nothing about creating one
Yeah I’ve been trying also with no luck! It seems you’re right, ps5 users won’t be on this beta
So its not a perfect solution but this solution should work if youre on Playstation. Im not sure if it works for anything else tbh
You'll need to make a new playstation account and a new EA account.
Once thats done, youll need to enable console sharing for your ps4 or ps5. Your main account will share the PS plus needed to play online and you wont need to purchase PS + again.
Link the new PS account to your new EA account.
I know it wont have any data from your other account but you can at least play the beta
