EA will not update my hacked email

I have tried on multiple occasions to have EA change/update my hacked email address because I cannot do so on their website. They refuse to do so and just provide a general comment that due to "secur...

Sorry to say but if you cannot verify account ownership then our team cannot make any changes to your account.

Only the account owner can make changes and to do so must verify ownership.
