eahelp no response my case
My EA account has been wrongly suspended last Sunday, i tried to set up a case on eahelp to report my situation and submit an email.i did not receive any response or case establishment and get a clear answer.
I’m hoping you can help me get this sorted out. I’ve spent countless hours on these games, built friendships, and have so many memories attached to my account. Losing it feels like a part of me has been taken away.
Please, I’m begging you, review my case and see if there’s a mistake.

I'm afraid we're not able to review any account bans or actions on the forums.
The only team able is our Terms of Service team. If you feel there's been a misunderstanding, you'll need to reach back out to have them take another look at the situation.
