eahelp no response my case

My EA account has been wrongly suspended last Sunday, i tried to set up a case on eahelp to report my situation and submit an email.i did not receive any response or case establishment and  get a clear answer. 

I’m hoping you can help me get this sorted out. I’ve spent countless hours on these games, built friendships, and have so many memories attached to my account. Losing it feels like a part of me has been taken away.

Please, I’m begging you, review my case and see if there’s a mistake.

  • thanks,but i did not receive any reponse to my appeal on eahelp and can not find any customer service channels. i would like to seek assistance regarding contacting the relevant staff

    If you use the link below, you'll be able to contact the ToS team directly through the "How to appeal a lock, ban, or suspension" section:

    Just to make you aware, there isn't a live chat option for the ToS team, so you'll only be able to email them. Generally speaking, they respond with an outcome to the appeal in about 10 days, but it can be longer in some cases.

    The content of your response is laughable. Let me explain with my own case.

    I filed an objection. Normally, in such cases, there should be a record of the application in 'My Case.' Yet, there is none. I have been ignored for three weeks. Fine, you might say you are busy.

    I no longer intend to use this game or company, so I submitted a request to speak to a representative to delete my account, according to the internal rules you claim. It is clearly stated that connection to a representative should happen within 3 to 5 minutes, or at most 10 minutes.

    Nevertheless, no case is registered in 'My Case,' and despite several hours passing, no EA customer support staff has contacted me. The United States is a territorial jurisdiction country, but my home country applies the nationality principle, so our laws apply, and the principle of higher law precedence is relevant.

    I understand your company also complies with the right to be forgotten and privacy protection laws. Ignoring a customer’s account deletion request and refusing to accept it is already a violation under my country's laws. I will also collect this forum post as evidence and contact customer support again.

    I do not understand how long you will keep refusing to accept the request itself, and not only ignoring objections regarding the account but also refusing to connect me to a representative for deletion. I may gather evidence later and consult your legal team on what laws you claim to be following.

    I have tried everything — deleting cache, internet history, changing browsers — which you claim to be system errors.
