Email I have been using for 15 years no longer exists, how can I replace it

I have an issue where the current email I am using doesn't exist, therefore I can't access anything for two-factor authentication. I can't even change the email to one I use because I need to verify ...

    It's frustrating to scroll all the way down and see no "Contact" section, like how am I supposed to do anything about this if there isn't even basic contact info for customer support?
