My EA account is linked to an Outlook email address that no longer exists because it had to be closed after being compromised. I can’t receive password reset or verification emails. I’d like to update the email address on my EA account.
However, each time I go through the contact us option the AI bot takes me to the log-in page which I obviously cannot do. Is there any way to bypass it to talk to a real person?
If you're able to access this page: https://help.ea.com/en/customer-care/ to create a ticket, I was finally able to get connected with live support agents when I attached a random image in the "Upload a file" section. (Before I did that, I was sent to a page that said no one could help me over and over.)

Hi thanks for your reply. I don’t even get to that option I fill in the details it says “one moment we’re thinking” and then takes me straight to the log-in page. I’ve cleared cache and am in incognito mode and still the same error
