Enable Voice Chat - Wont Enable

This radio button won't turn on for my son.  We have tried to enable via the xbox settings, xbox family settings and EA sports account settings with  no luck!   It sure would be nice if there was an ...

Hey SumPlaya​ when you say radio are you referring to in-game chat or in-game radio?

The "Enable Voice Chat" setting will not turn on.   The button is pressed, but the option will not enable.
