Find passcodes

i have and EA account linked to my XBOX series X and i am trying to link my Playstation 5 also but its asking me for 2 step verification for my email which is @ea.com. Where would these emails go ive got the EA app on my laptop and looked everywhere for these codes and im just simply not able to find them
