Fraud Account

I did not create this account. Please delete it. I'll file a police report if it is not done and own this company.

    Hi HclKcpeScgTj,

    This is something that you'll need to speak with EA Help about. It's not possible to delete or make account changes through the forums for security reasons. 

    You should be able to contact EA Help by going to help.ea.com, selecting the "Help by Topic" option at the top, then "EA Account". On the next page, you should see "How to delete an EA Account", and if you follow the site from there, you should be able to get in touch with an agent.

    I am having the same problem. I have filed a ticket with EA Help but am still waiting for a response. I recommend that everyone having this problem file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau if the fraudulent accounts are not removed today.
