Game Loading

Hi, 

Ever since I updated the game I am unable to get into the game. I click play and the loading screen never loads in.

Also I don't know how I missed the fact that EA doesn't have a way to reach out and report a problem other then the forums and I would like to know if this makes other people mad. I feel as though unless I post here about my problem they will never know and even then they may not know. I miss when it was easier to get help with issues.

    Well now that I have posted this the option to communicate with someone has shown up. I have spent the last 20 minutes trying to get that, but whatever. At least I can now.
