Gamertag stolen - support no help

Hello,

Have had XBOX since 2008 and gamed since solely on xbox console. When i logged into BF2042 last night i got a banned error (what the heck, I've got two kids and no time to game so was a bit perplexed). I logged into F123 and also banned. I logged into FC24 also banned. I logged into my xbox account on web browser and then my ea account. When i try and link my xbox gamertag to my email address im getting an error that the gamertag is now registered to a different email. Not mine. I obviously own the gamertag, i pay the subscription fees, all other games work just not my EA games. 

Ive spent 6 hours on various chats with support who ask the same questions for ID verification. Which fails. I suspect the hacker has altered multiple other areas of my account but there is no guidance from support. They then force close my ticket. Please please please can someone here help me, a mod help me, just something that is genuine. The chat just goes through the motion asking the same questions, they do not seem interested in getting my account back. I am ultimately paying for a service through Game Pass Ultimate that i am not receiving. My xbox account is fine, it is not an xbox issue. It is fully an EA issue.
