You did the right thing by requesting a refund through the Refund Tool if you were charged twice.
It may take a moment for it to process, but if it's been a few days, please use these steps to contact our support team, and they can check it out for you:
- Open this EA Help guide: 'How to get a refund for EA games'
- Scroll to the Bottom: At the end of the guide, you’ll find the “Contact Us” button. Click to start your support request
- Login or Continue as Guest: The next step will ask you to log in to your EA account. If you can't log in, you'll also see the option to continue as a guest.
- Fill Out Your Info: Enter your details, and describe the issue. Include the two transaction id's from your Payments & Wallet tab that show you've been charged twice.
- Submit Your Ticket: After filling out the form, hit “Submit Ticket.”
- Choose Your Contact Option: Pick from the available contact options, and our support team will do their best to help from there.
