My Steam account is linked to an EA account I don't know.

My Steam account is linked to an EA account I don't know. I posted on the forum, and they replied that they couldn't fix it and that I either had to contact the person who owns the EA account or buy a new Steam account. What kind of logic is that? I don't know that person. I don't know their email address. It means they're a bad person who linked my account to their EA account. Why would they help me? And a new Steam account means buying new games. Are you crazy? What kind of solutions are these? The person who hired you really needs a psychologist. Because your logic is so absurd.
