Have I done something wrong with customer support?

Earlier I was able to contact customer support for an issue with my account, and was able to get to an actual person after a few minutes. However, my computer then powered off for an unrelated reason...

If nothing else, I would like to know if it's possible to open a ticket that's already been created that I've just closed (the tab not the ticket) without closing the chat.

    I assume you have been banned or suspended. We have a specific process for ban appeals. If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, you can dispute any action against your EA account by following the steps in the following link:
