HELP - cant unlink my psn from old email account

Encountered the same issue, opened a case with them a couple hours ago. They've just closed it stating the advisors aren't able to deal with the request. Load of garbage that is, just another reason to stay away from any and all EA games for me. Multiple hours to get in touch with support services and they are unable to provide adequate support anyway. Incompetent from top to bottom.
