HELP! I need to change my name!
When I set up my account, I had an extremely hard time being able to choose anything. The only thing it allowed me to choose was the one I have now. Whenever I try to change it, it does not allow me to me to change it to anything at all. Ive tired dozens upon dozens of combination of letters and numbers, yet i get told to "chose a valid user ID". Customer support does not know even after multiple months of me bothering them about it. They tell me a communuity memeber might know. Im not so hopful that a community member can solve this. Ive been frurstraed for months, everytime i see this username. By the way, it has my first name in it, so it really should be changed, as that is sensitive information and technically not allowed.
