so am trying to link my xbox to EA but having an issue due to .accounts cant be linked because my xbox account is already linked to another ea account .........however the email address shown is an outdated and now defunked by around 30 years .
any help with this would be brilliant
same problem here, moms old hospital email that is impossible to access since its been deleted and not employed there anymore
Even if the email address is deactivated, you should still be able to log into the account. as the email just becomes the username.
Once inside just unlink the xbox account
You cant login to the account because everytime you go to login it it has to send you a verification code to that email...... and i cant get into that email to put the 6 digit code in.
nope email doesn't exist anymore

this does not help because we cannot access the email that the verification code is going to to get into the accounts tab to unlink platforms
Been waiting for quite literally 10 hours on my case and when I try to open a new one or "resume" it this is what i get.
