Help with recovering an old account

Hi,

I have an old account, that i created on Origin. I used to play BF1 on there, and I would like to continue where I left off. I can see that the account is still connected to my steam account, but when i have to verify via e-mail, i can't because the mail no longer exists. I have tried recovering the e-mail, but the provider deletes e-mail accounts after 90 days (i haven't used that mail for more than 90 days). So if someone can verify that i am the owner of the account in some other way, that would be greatly appreciated!
