Hey help my own acoount is connected to unknow ea acoount

Having exactly the same thing. My xbox is apparently linked to 48*****@disabled.ea.com and I have no idea why that address exists or what to do about it. I can't find any way to contact EA at all. Stuck and can't play anything...?

i am writing this from a different ea account as ive lost all access to my main account

account was hacked and email was changed even though 2fa was enabled i didnt even get any password change notification or email or any code on my phone number please help me get my account back as i am not able to change the email to my one or login to my account anymore 
ea please contact me on this accounts email to get me my account back

A lot people are having this issue no response from EA support and I can’t find a way to create a case or ticket to at-least get answers
