Going on what I can see in the attachment, it looks like you need to reset your credentials. Have you tried using the QR code or visiting the website that's been linked?

Yes and still didn't work
If you're sure you're using the correct account, you might need EA Help to take a look for you.
You should be able to open a case or having a live chat by selecting the "EA Account" option and then the one for logging in at help.ea.com.
