The system is not well-designed. The support system is a vicious circle with no end.
How is a person not able to verify his credibility, when you are unable to play a game without being logged-in to your EA account by launching the game on Steam. Basically, when I launch the game I am automatically connected to the EA account linked with my Steam. I can manage the account on website, but I am unable to do anything as I lost access to the e-mail address associated with the EA account. Yet, it's still not enough. How is it possible that you cannot verify yourself WHEN YOU ACTUALLY play the game on STEAM that is LINKED to that account? Logic and common sense definitely passed by and has gone to the interstellar, cause that's what I think of EA Support scripted help.
