EA Pro Pass bugged my F1 25 game. When the pass expired, the app stopped detecting that I own the game and it says "Online features not available". I've had this issue before, somewhere in July-August and I solve it through the Email Support. Now I have the same issue and the guys on the live chat said that they can't help. They sent me the link to appeal a ban......, but I am not banned so what could I appeal. Not to be rude or anything, but the live chat is useless.

The team that supports live chat is the same support team you connected with before.

We don't have an email address for support cases that I know of. All cases now go through the EA Help site.
