How to get in touch with EA?
I contacted EA support through their live chat functionality about 3 weeks ago I was informed my case had to be passed onto another department and that they would be in touch soon. I received a generic response 4 or so days later. I responded to the email as it said respond to this email or visit the EA forums. They wanted further information apparently, definitely felt generic, I was as clear as day in my support ticket.
I contacted live support again as I never heard anything back. Once again I was told my case (the same one) needed to be forwarded and they would be in touch.
How do I go about getting my case dealt with? I have been waiting around for ages. No response is forthcoming. Case is still open - in progress. Just nothing happening. Many years ago I’m pretty sure I contacted EA by phone. I have no idea how on earth I’m supposed to go about this. Does the support forum have any EA staff onboard who can do anything to help resolve my case?
