How to unlink my steam account with hacker's EA account/mail

Hello EA Support,

I recently registered a new EA account, but I never received the verification code email. When I tried to sign in again, I got a message saying my Steam account is linked to a Russian EA account (which is not mine), so I believe my account may have been hacked or linked without my permission.

I tried to unlink the account, but the process requires a verification code sent to the email address currently linked to that EA account. Since that email address is not mine, I cannot receive the code and I’m unable to proceed with unlinking.

Could you please help me recover access and unlink my Steam account from the unauthorized EA account, and link it to my correct EA account instead? I can provide proof of Steam ownership and any other information you need.

Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. We have an article here with information on how to handle a hacked account. You can also use the 'Contact us' button at the bottom of that page to open a case with an advisor so they can assist.

I couldnt get any help either, i'm with the same problem, and i could not get any means to unlink my EA account to my Steam and XBOX ones

Hello. We have an article here with instructions for unlinking accounts. If that doesn't help, you'll need to contact an advisor as you did previously. As long as you can pass account ownership verification, they should be able to assist.
