How to update the email on a old ea account i don’t have access to anymore

I had to changed my email and my ea account had one form of second verification with my old email that no longer exists.  How could I recover that account ?

    I also need help with this....account was created and linked back in 2012...I want to link my platforms to a new email/account I have created.

    Same, my email from origin no longer exist but it's already linked together with steam for all this years
